Young's Pub group have been cooking tasty food in their pubs around London and the UK since 1831, so they know what they're doing! Which is why we said YES! when they offered their Prep Kitchen, their Chef's Table Dining Room and their Chefs to work with Mike's Table for one evening only.
We don't often pop-up so far South so were able to invited guests through South London based Charities and Organisations who have not been able to attend before. 25 guests enjoyed a fabulous 3 course meal devised by Head Chef Chris Knights, using food kindly donated by their suppliers, and we were generously host by South London Area Manager Tricia Moody. There was such a great mix of ages it turned into a really fun evening. An the pudding was a complete triumph!
